This is our third visit. Should confirm we like it! Very charming and helpful staff. Everything spotless and clean. Only snag on this occasion: one lift out of service and apparently the lift engineer was unavailable or the required part unavailable, as this continued throughout our stay. Still - we were out doing the Festival most of the time. Either you can walk to most places or get a bus from outside the door.
